Independent & Controllable Technology: ROUNDSS masters the production process of code discs—the core component of encoders—achieving independent control of key parts. In cooperation with domestic research institutes, the company developed China's only core professional chip for servo encoders (RD_ASIC_01), filling a domestic gap. Its performance fully surpasses that of general-purpose foreign chips while reducing power consumption by over 50%.
Automated Production Capability: The company independently developed an automated encoder assembly production line, filling a market gap in China's encoder industry. The company has a factory area of 11,000 square meters, advanced high-precision production equipment, and ultra-clean workspaces, where all assembly and debugging are completed in dust-free environments.
